  8. Light a candle and turn off the lights.
  9. Step in the bath and relax for thirty minutes with no thoughts of the outside world.
  10. Emerge, dry off, and dust with fragrant powder, or apply a moisturizing cream to your entire body.
  11. Wrap up in a warm robe, carry the candle to the bedroom, and place a fragrant herbal dream pillow under your bed pillow.
