Welcome to my website, Healthy, Happy, Holistic. I'm Kyle and I specialize in helping people with nutritional deficiencies to attain better health. My journey to Holistic Nutrition began after visiting a Naturopath, who was helping me with my auto-immune disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis. I was diagnosed with A.S., Degenerative Disc Disease and Scoliosis when I was twenty one years old and was able to cope reasonably well until I was thirty seven, and that’s when my symptoms became increasingly worse. I worked another ten years until I couldn't feel my legs anymore. After many procedures and surgeries, I figured that there might be a much healthier alternative to all the medications and steroids I was being prescribed. Enjoy! |

Dark chocolate, labeled "60 percent Cocoa" or more is the real deal chocolate full of high-cocoa-content dark chocolate. The health benefits come from the flavanols and antioxidants. Milk chocolate and white chocolate have virtually none of these health benefits.

Red Wine has received a lot of press for its health-promoting abilities. Resveratrol may be one of the best anti-aging substances around. Besides resveratrol, there are other health-promoting polyphenols in red wine and many of these are heart protective.
